Between House Viewings - In and Around Spello
Our house hunting adventure continues with several more viewings. We saw a variety of properties in different parts of the city. Most in our price range were too much of a project for us and those that weren’t a project we’re just too small for storing bikes and possibly having visitors at the same time. So the clear winner by a long shot was the Piazza Kennedy property I talked about previously. It is in good condition, two real bedrooms and a third room that could be a small bedroom or a bike storage room. A real kitchen and a full updated bathroom and a half bath that maybe we can make into a full. So offer made and accepted and now we wait for the closing. We will actually get into the apartment before we leave in November. Again, the picture of our lovely apartment. We own the floor with the small flower filled balcony.
